Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Communication & Lead Handling
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and web inquiries from potential clients.
- Qualify and convert leads into active opportunities by understanding client needs and offering suitable marketing solutions.
- Provide accurate information about company services, pricing, and packages.
- Follow up on inbound leads to ensure timely response and engagement.
Outbound Sales & Business Development
- Make outbound calls to potential clients generated through marketing campaigns, databases, or referrals.
- Present and pitch Fortune IT Park’s marketing, digital, or outsourcing services (such as lead generation, call center support, and virtual staffing).
- Schedule appointments or demos with interested prospects.
- Follow up with warm leads and re-engage inactive or old clients to explore new opportunities.
Client Relationship & Reporting
- Maintain a consistent follow-up routine to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Document all client communications, leads, and conversions in CRM software.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management team.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Experience: 6 Month - 1 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or client acquisition (preferably in a marketing or BPO environment).
- U.S. campaign or agency experience will be a strong advantage.
Skills:
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Confident phone presence and positive customer handling attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, or MS Office.
- Ability to understand marketing concepts and explain them to clients effectively.
Other Requirements:
- Must be willing to work onsite during night shift (6 PM – 3 AM).
- Target-driven mindset with strong time management and discipline.
- Team player with a proactive and professional work ethic.
Working Conditions:
- Onsite role at Fortune IT Park office, Lahore.
