Inbound Telecom Sales Specialist

Position Summary:
We’re seeking a motivated Inbound Telecom Sales Specialist to handle incoming customer inquiries, understand client needs, and recommend tailored telecom solutions. You’ll play a critical role in converting leads, upselling services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and match them with suitable telecom products (internet, phone, bundles, etc.).
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and promotions.
• Use persuasive sales techniques to close sales and meet monthly targets.
• Maintain CRM records with call outcomes, customer details, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, billing, support) to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, product changes, and competitors.

Required Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in telecom or sales-related roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and inbound call systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual (e.g., English and Spanish) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and objection-handling abilities.
• Tech-savvy with a passion for connectivity and communications.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
