Information Desk / Front Desk Officer

Job Description

The Information Desk / Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for visitors and citizens, responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring a professional front-facing experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to the public
  • Handle queries, forms, and basic documentation
  • Maintain visitor logs and records
  • Coordinate with internal departments when required

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Relevant front desk or customer service experience preferred
