Experience Required: 3–4 years (Interior / Fit-Out / Furniture / Joinery Sales)Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients in the interior fit-out, furniture, and exhibition sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and end clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable interior solutions, products, and services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations aligned with client expectations.
- Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain a client database and track leads, follow-ups, and sales performance.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new products/services.
Key Accountabilities
- Achieving or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
- Timely follow-up and closure of sales leads.
- Maintaining high client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Accurate reporting of sales activities, pipeline, and market feedback.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out, furniture, or related products.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- 3–4 years’ experience in interior sales (UAE experience preferred).
- UAE driving license preferred.
