Job Title: International Business Development Manager – AI Solutions

Location: Karachi (Onsite)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Business Development Manager with deep exposure to AI and emerging technologies to help us expand our international footprint and build meaningful client relationships across regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage international business opportunities in the AI and digital transformation domain.
  • Build strategic partnerships and alliances with global clients, technology partners, and system integrators.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles — from lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, to closure.
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to craft customized AI-driven solutions for clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitors in the AI landscape.
  • Represent Xloop Digital in international conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Manage the business development pipeline through CRM tools and ensure quarterly revenue targets are achieved.
  • Prepare and deliver professional business presentations and proposals to C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Contribute to brand positioning and go-to-market strategies for AI products and services.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7+ years of international business development experience, preferably in AI, SaaS, or IT consulting domains.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding business growth targets in global markets (North America, MENA, Europe, or APAC).
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, data-driven solutions, and digital transformation trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
