As an HR Intern, you will gain practical exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on job portals, career pages, and social media platforms.
- Review resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and arrange interviews.
- Support recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Assist in employee onboarding and maintain accurate employee data and records.
- Help with performance management activities and assist in preparing reports.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, interviews, training sessions, and workshops.
- Maintain HR documentation, filing systems, and internal databases.
- Prepare and submit reports related to HR activities.
- Handle internal and external HR-related queries.
- Stay updated with current HR practices and industry trends.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 0–1 year of relevant HR experience (internship or job experience).
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and communication tools.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
