Job Description
- Provide IT support for end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Address helpdesk tickets promptly and ensure user satisfaction.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees by managing accounts, permissions, and devices.
System Administration:
- Manage Microsoft 365 tools and systems, including user accounts and permissions.
- Provide user support and training on Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook).
- Assist in regular system maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure optimal performance.
Data Governance:
- Implement and maintain policies for data classification, access control, and security.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Conduct periodic audits to maintain data integrity and security.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT processes, systems, and configurations.
Report on IT system health, support activities, and ongoing projects.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a relatedfield, orequivalent experience.
- 3 years’ experience minimum in a Microsoft environment or administration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook…) andprevious experience in Microsoft migration.
- Knowledge of data governance practices and basic security protocols. Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues. E
- xperience with Microsoft Intune and Azure Active Directory is preferred
