IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our organization's IT operations. This role involves managing the IT team, developing and implementing technology strategies, ensuring systems security and reliability, and supporting the technological needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including infrastructure, networks, software, servers and help desk support.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage IT budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure the security of the IT systems, data, and network infrastructure.
• Plan and lead IT projects, including system upgrades, cloud migrations, and new technology implementations.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand IT needs and align solutions with business goals.
• Monitor system performance and take proactive steps to minimize downtime and risks.
• Lead and mentor IT staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in IT, including 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong technical background with experience in systems administration, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), enterprise applications, and ITIL practices.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, PMP, CISSP, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
