Junior Accountant

We are looking for a Junior Accountant who will work under the supervision of the Head of Accounts Receivable and must adhere to the company’s policies and procedures. An accounting background will be necessary in order to understand and properly catalogue the records.

You will face challenges such as:

• Preparing account reconciliation information for customers and generate delinquency correspondence as needed
• Participation in debt collection process
• Processing accounts receivable transactions
• Posting sale invoices and bank statements in accounting software
• Collecting, understanding, processing, verifying and reporting accounting related-information
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports
• Entering information into the financial accounting system

We are looking for Junior Accountant who:

• Is capable of understanding the nature of accounting records and organizing them in a logical manner
• Is adaptable to changing business needs and priorities
• Responds quickly to situational needs as they arise
• Has good organizational skills and demonstrates an ability to multitask
• Has knowledge of computers, various software applications, and standard office equipment
• Currently enrolled in BS or MS degree program in the related field
• Has at least 1-2 year of accounting experience
• Has flawless English (spoken & written)
