We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Junior Assistant / Executive Assistant (Policy Servicing) to support administrative and policy servicing operations. This role is suitable for a customer-focused professional with experience in insurance policy administration, compliance, and coordination.

Job Summary

The Junior Assistant / Executive Assistant (Policy Servicing) will provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support while handling policy servicing activities and customer interactions. The role involves document management, coordination with stakeholders, customer and agent support, and assistance with AML/KYC and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage document version control, filing, and retrieval of records.
  • Assist in preparing official documents, letters, and reports as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of office documents and sensitive information.
  • Maintain and update confidential databases, contact lists, and project-related documentation.

Communication & Coordination

  • Support internal communication through memos, emails, and notices.
  • Coordinate with government offices, vendors, clients, and consultants as directed.
  • Ensure timely dissemination of information and follow-up on key decisions.

Policy Servicing & Customer Support

  • Attend to walk-in customers and respond to email queries related to policy servicing.
  • Process policy changes including address changes, mode changes, nominee updates, assignments, and CRS/FATCA/KYC updates.
  • Handle revival of lapsed policies and policy deposit clearances.
  • Provide customer and agent portal support.
  • Process policy transfers, loans, surrenders, and foreclosures.
  • Perform AML screening, PEP reviews, and ongoing AML monitoring activities.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and modern productivity tools.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and correspondence.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with Insurance or AML-related certifications.
  • Experience: Preferably 5–7 years of relevant experience in policy servicing, insurance administration, or customer support roles.
