We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive individual to oversee daily operations in our call centre.
The role involves staff management, performance evaluation, attendance monitoring, and payroll coordination for a dynamic sales and support team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily call centre operations and agent productivity
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, and termination of staff when necessary
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching/feedback
  • Maintain accurate attendance and shift records
  • Coordinate monthly payroll with HR/Finance
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
  • Report performance and staffing updates to management
  • Assist with basic training and support for new hires

Job Timings: 7pm to 4am

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 per week
