Junior Sales Logistics Specialist

Handle sales orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Coordinate with logistics partners to manage shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any delays.

Communicate with clients regarding order status, documentation, and delivery updates.

Support the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and related documentation.

Maintain accurate records of sales and logistics transactions in company systems.

Collaborate with the warehouse and finance teams to ensure proper stock levels and payment follow-up.

Prepare daily and weekly sales and logistics reports for management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, or customer service.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Good command of English .

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
