Role/ Job Title: Key Account Manager

Function/ Department: Retail Assets, TW Business, Trade Advance/Inventory Funding

Job Purpose

Client Relationship Management: Develop and manage INF relationships with existing dealer partners. Portfolio Management: Monitor client accounts, assess financial risks

Business Development: Identify new business opportunities by acquiring new clients and expanding existing client portfolios. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • The primary responsibility is to manage and grow relationships with clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to review portfolios, address concerns, and identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations while conducting due diligence and maintaining high ethical standards.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Monitor industry trends, analyze competitor offerings, and provide insights to improve the organization’s product and service offerings.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as credit, compliance, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support the training and development of the sales team for this product.

Managerial And Leadership Responsibilities

  • Engage with State Heads, Regional Heads, Zonal Heads, National Heads to fix meetings with dealers and convert them to INF.

Education Qualification

Graduation: Bachelor’s degree any relevant stream

Post-graduation: Any Stream

Experience: 03+ years of relevant experience.
