Key Account Manager

The Role:

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow relationships with our most important clients. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, ensure client satisfaction, drive account growth, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with assigned key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Develop account strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize client retention
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Finance) to meet client needs
  • Monitor account performance, KPIs, and client satisfaction metrics
  • Prepare regular account reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management
  • Lead contract renewals, negotiations, and pricing discussions with clients
  • Understand client business objectives and align company solutions accordingly
  • Ensure timely delivery of products/services as per agreed SLAs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • · Bachelor's degree with a background in O/A levels.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or similar role
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace
  • Results-oriented with a customer-centric approach
  • Experience in B2B / SaaS / Digital / Agency / FMCG / Telecom environments (adjust as per industry)
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting and revenue management
  • Experience handling high-value or enterprise-level clients
