The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow relationships with our most important clients. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, ensure client satisfaction, drive account growth, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Develop account strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize client retention
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Finance) to meet client needs
- Monitor account performance, KPIs, and client satisfaction metrics
- Prepare regular account reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management
- Lead contract renewals, negotiations, and pricing discussions with clients
- Understand client business objectives and align company solutions accordingly
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services as per agreed SLAs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- · Bachelor's degree with a background in O/A levels.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or similar role
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace
- Results-oriented with a customer-centric approach
- Experience in B2B / SaaS / Digital / Agency / FMCG / Telecom environments (adjust as per industry)
- Familiarity with sales forecasting and revenue management
- Experience handling high-value or enterprise-level clients
