Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned key accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for strategic customers.
  • Build trust with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Understand customer business objectives and align solutions accordingly.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities within key accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.
  • Forecast sales and manage pipelines for key accounts.

Strategic Planning

  • Create and execute strategic account plans.
  • Analyze account performance and market trends.
  • Identify risks and opportunities within accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-specific strategies.

Customer Satisfaction & Retention

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor account KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
  • Drive customer retention and long-term partnerships.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, finance, and operations teams.
  • Communicate customer needs and feedback internally.
  • Coordinate product launches, promotions, and customized solutions for key clients.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare regular account reports and sales forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management.

  • 5 to 7 Years Experience
  • Proven experience in key account management, B2B sales, or client relationship management
  • Experience managing high-value or strategic accounts
  • CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics)
