Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Relationship Building
- Manage and grow relationships with assigned key accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for strategic customers.
- Build trust with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Understand customer business objectives and align solutions accordingly.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities within key accounts.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.
- Forecast sales and manage pipelines for key accounts.
Strategic Planning
- Create and execute strategic account plans.
- Analyze account performance and market trends.
- Identify risks and opportunities within accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-specific strategies.
Customer Satisfaction & Retention
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor account KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
- Drive customer retention and long-term partnerships.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, finance, and operations teams.
- Communicate customer needs and feedback internally.
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and customized solutions for key clients.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare regular account reports and sales forecasts.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 5 to 7 Years Experience
- Proven experience in key account management, B2B sales, or client relationship management
- Experience managing high-value or strategic accounts
- CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics)
