Lead Genaration Specialist

Job Title: Lead Generation / Data Scraping Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Remote / United States (Preferred)

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation / Data Scraping Specialist to support our sales pipeline by identifying, extracting, and delivering high-quality, verified prospect data for doctors’ offices, clinics, and healthcare practices across the United States.

This is not a data entry role. The ideal candidate understands lead quality, can identify key decision-makers within healthcare organizations, and can build structured, conversion-ready prospect lists. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to manage large datasets efficiently are essential.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Scraping & Lead Extraction

  • Design and execute large-scale data extraction workflows from public directories, healthcare databases, and business listing platforms
  • Scrape and compile company profiles, contact details, and operational data from structured and unstructured sources
  • Extract key decision-maker information (owners, founders, directors, managers) along with verified contact details (email, phone, LinkedIn)
  • Utilize APIs, public registries, and websites to ensure comprehensive data coverage
  • Apply logic-based filtering to segment high-quality leads based on business signals (reviews, activity level, growth indicators, etc.)

Data Processing, Cleaning & Structuring

  • Clean, normalize, and de-duplicate large datasets for accuracy and consistency
  • Structure data into CRM-ready formats with fields such as:
  • Company Name
  • Industry
  • Contact Person
  • Role
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Location
  • Source URL
  • Lead Score
  • Notes
  • Maintain data integrity through validation checks and ongoing audits
  • Manage large datasets using advanced Excel or data tools

Lead Intelligence & Enrichment

  • Enrich incomplete data using additional sources and tools
  • Identify high-value prospects using intent signals and growth indicators
  • Score and prioritize leads based on conversion potential
  • Continuously discover and integrate new data sources to improve lead quality and volume

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in lead generation, data scraping, or B2B research
  • Strong experience with scraping tools or scripting (Python, Selenium, BeautifulSoup, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Experience with lead enrichment tools (Hunter.io, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Basic understanding of U.S. healthcare systems and medical practice structures
  • Prior experience in healthcare-related lead generation is a plus
