Lead Generation

We are a well-established software development firm with 15+ years of experience delivering 750+ successful projects for international clients. We’re now looking to scale our outreach and are seeking a results-driven professional to define and execute our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and generate high-quality B2B leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze our portfolio and past projects to create detailed Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies tailored to the identified ICPs.
  • Use outbound tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, cold email campaigns) to generate and qualify leads.
  • Maintain and update a leads pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and tracking performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to refine ICPs and optimize outreach based on results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating ICPs and generating B2B leads for a software development or IT services firm (international market preferred).
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and outbound lead generation tools.
  • Demonstrated success in generating high-quality, conversion-ready leads.
  • Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies for better performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive).
  • Experience with high-ticket deal generation or enterprise-level clients.
  • Marketing or business development background is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
