Lead Generation Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to support our business development and marketing teams through data collection, lead generation, and database management. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about building Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), web research, and using modern data enrichment tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in researching potential leads and helping build ICP-based contact lists.
• Support the use of tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, Clay, Seamless, Adapt, Lusha, Lead411, and Skrapp for data collection and enrichment.
• Help perform web research and data extraction using Apify or other tools.
• Maintain and organize data in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Assist in verifying and cleaning contact lists using tools like NeverBounce and ZeroBounce.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand ICP criteria and lead requirements.
• Learn to monitor data accuracy and suggest improvements in data quality processes.

Requirements:

• 6 months+ of internship or practical experience in data research, lead generation, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of Excel / Google Sheets for organizing and managing data.
• Willingness to learn data enrichment and web scraping tools like Apollo, Clay, Apify, etc.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently with guidance.
