The Role:
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing leads, running cold email campaigns, and generating opportunities for the business. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoys the challenge of turning cold prospects into warm conversations.

Responsibilities:

• Source potential leads using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other scrapers/databases.
• Build and manage outreach lists for bulk and targeted campaigns.
• Craft and send personalized cold email sequences with a focus on conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance (open rates, replies, meetings booked) and optimize messaging.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach with business goals and service offerings.
• Track all outreach activities in CRM and provide regular reporting.

Required Skills:

• At least 2 years of relevant industry experience
• Minimum 8 months of experience with a software company.
• Hands-on experience with email outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, Hunter, Lemlist).
• Proven ability to write effective, engaging cold emails.
• Understanding of lead generation best practices and outreach workflows.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator for research and lead generation.
• Familiarity with sales automation tools.
• Basic understanding of marketing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
