Leads Generation Executive

LINKITSOFT is looking to hire a proactive and results-oriented Sales Leads Generation Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong English communication skills and the ability to engage with prospects through a goal-driven and performance-focused approach. We are seeking professionals with experience in cold calling and email marketing who are motivated to produce high-quality leads, enhance sales performance, and consistently achieve or surpass targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound prospecting activities, including organized calling efforts and targeted email outreach campaigns, to identify and convert potential clients for software services.
• Apply data-driven cold outreach strategies to generate qualified leads and sustain long-term engagement with prospective customers.
• Understand client objectives and clearly present how the company’s software solutions provide tangible business value.

Requirements

• Demonstrates excellent spoken English with strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Dependable, collaborative, and able to perform effectively within a team-driven work environment
• Possesses 1–3 years of experience in the Sales domain, particularly in telemarketing and email marketing for software solutions
• Proven track record of managing and executing successful B2B sales campaigns
• Practical, hands-on experience in lead scraping and implementing cold outreach strategies
• Strong command of cold calling methodologies and results-driven email marketing techniques
• Well-developed negotiation skills complemented by a confident, persuasive communication approach
