About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with exceptional communication, presentation, and data-handling skills who is eager to build a career in Learning & Development (L&D). This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or early-career professional to be groomed into a well-rounded L&D specialist through hands-on experience, mentoring, and structured training programs.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing, planning, and executing training programs for employees.

Coordinate with trainers, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of learning initiatives.

Prepare engaging training materials, presentations, and reports.

Track and analyze training effectiveness using data and feedback tools.

Maintain accurate training records and reports in the Learning Management System (LMS) or other HRMS tools.

Support the L&D team in researching new training methods, technologies, and trends.
Qualifications & Skills

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: HR, Psychology, Business, or related field).

Experience:
0–1 year (internship or academic project experience in HR or training is a plus).

Impeccable
communication skills
(spoken and written).

Strong
presentation
and
interpersonal
skills.

Proficiency in
MS Office Suite
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and work with data.
