Learning & Development Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with exceptional communication, presentation, and data-handling skills who is eager to build a career in Learning & Development (L&D). This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or early-career professional to be groomed into a well-rounded L&D specialist through hands-on experience, mentoring, and structured training programs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing, planning, and executing training programs for employees.
  • Coordinate with trainers, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of learning initiatives.
  • Prepare engaging training materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Track and analyze training effectiveness using data and feedback tools.
  • Maintain accurate training records and reports in the Learning Management System (LMS) or other HRMS tools.
  • Support the L&D team in researching new training methods, technologies, and trends.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: HR, Psychology, Business, or related field).
  • Experience: 0–1 year (internship or academic project experience in HR or training is a plus).
  • Impeccable communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and work with data.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth.
