1. Sales Training & Enablement
- Design, implement, and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and client engagement.
- Support the Head of Sales in identifying skill gaps and providing learning interventions.
- Develop and maintain training materials, e-learning modules, and workshop content.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and performance metrics.
2. Sales Support & Coordination
- Act as the primary support to the Head of Sales in day-to-day coordination.
- Assist in managing client registrations, documentation, and compliance processes.
- Maintain accurate records of training participation, sales enablement activities, and performance improvements.
- Coordinate between Sales, L&D, and Operations to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with the sales team to ensure alignment between training initiatives and business objectives.
- Liaise with management to implement strategies that improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on learning resources and process compliance.
4. Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor and report on the progress of training initiatives and sales enablement activities.
- Prepare regular updates for the Head of Sales on training outcomes, staff performance, and support provided.
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly business performance reports.
5. Compliance & Standards
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements in all sales support activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling client and learner information.
6. Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve training programs and sales coordination processes.
- Suggest and implement creative solutions for better team productivity and client experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Learning & Development.
