Learning Operations & Content Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Training Coordinator to join our Learning & Development team. This role involves managing training operations, creating engaging content, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

● Coordinate and manage end-to-end training operations, including data handling and stakeholder management.

● Develop and manage training content using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise.

● Develop and enhance content for classroom training programs, ensuring clarity and engagement

● Design video creation and editing for learning materials (basic level).

● Generate AI-assisted user content where applicable.

● Define training rosters, schedule sessions, and manage enablement activities.

● Track training attendance and maintain records in MS Excel and MS Office.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of training initiatives.

Skills & Tools Required:

● Content authoring tools: Articulate - Storyline, Rise

● Basic video making skills

● MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) – basic level

● Strong people management and communication skills

● Familiarity with AI content generation tools (preferred)

Qualifications:

● Graduate in any discipline (HR/Business preferred)

● 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Coordination

● Exposure to content marketing will be an advantage

● Certification from KPMG crash course (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
