Leasing Administrator

> Manage the flow of all lease-related documents, maintain files to ensure that documentation is up to date at all times and prepare various lease supporting forms for management approval; distribute within Real Estate and Finance teams as required.

> Prepares timely and accurate reports from time-to-time be requested.

> Communicates and coordinates corrective systems actions which will involve either system enhancements, process changes, for continued efficient management of portfolio data.

> Liaise with respective departments to collect new building information, create the record in shared drive, PM system and Ejari portal.

> Check new lease hence Create the lease in system.

> Issue Ejari agreement, get it signed hence approve building access form.

> Generate Renewal batch, prepare renewal notices hence dispatch it to tenants.

> Renew leases in system and Ejari portal.

> Initiate unit vacating process, liaise with respective departments to receive documents hence arrange for SD refund.

> Create different kind of memos based on management request.

> Create legal memos, attach supporting documents & hand it over to legal team.

> Handle legal cases closure and maintain legal records.

> Unresolved transactions or lease unprocessed due to lack of documents, erroneous cheques, unsigned contract for a long period etc

> System Errors.

> Ejari portal is down.

Requirement:

> Bachelors degree in Commerce / Administration.

> Proficient in MS Office.

> Well versed with ERP systems.

> Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
