Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow company LinkedIn profiles professionally
- Generate quality leads through LinkedIn outreach and networking
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and prospect research
- Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Create and optimize LinkedIn campaigns for business growth
- Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers
- Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaigns
- Meet monthly lead generation and outreach targets
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience as a LinkedIn Expert or Lead Generation Specialist
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn lead generation strategies
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Excellent English communication and messaging skills
- Experience in B2B outreach and client handling
- Ability to generate and qualify leads effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
- Basic understanding of digital services and web solutions is a plus
