Role Overview
We’re looking for a LinkedIn-focused B2B Lead Generation Specialist who understands how LinkedIn truly works and knows how to generate relevant, warm leads through networking and relationship-building.
This role is not about mass automation, spam, or aggressive pitching. It’s for someone who knows how to build credibility, start meaningful conversations, maintain relationships, and turn them into qualified opportunities over time.
You’ll manage LinkedIn outreach, conversations, and follow-ups in a way that feels natural, professional, and trust-based, while being well-rewarded through a strong commission structure for quality results.
Key Responsibilities LinkedIn Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and research relevant B2B prospects on LinkedIn
- Build targeted prospect lists based on role, industry, and relevance
- Send personalized, context-driven connection requests
- Initiate conversations without hard selling or spammy messaging
Relationship & Network Building
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships
- Engage with prospects through comments, messages, and thoughtful follow-ups
- Keep conversations warm and relevant over time
- Understand the right moment to transition conversations into business discussions
Conversation & Lead Management
- Manage ongoing LinkedIn conversations in a structured and professional manner
- Qualify leads based on interest, relevance, and timing
- Track conversations and follow-ups to avoid missed opportunities
- Coordinate internally when a prospect is ready to be converted into a lead or call
LinkedIn Strategy & Best Practices
- Follow LinkedIn’s platform rules, limits, and best practices
- Avoid risky tactics that affect account safety or reach
- Continuously refine messaging based on response quality and engagement
- Share insights on what messaging and approaches are driving the best results
Required Skills & ExperienceMust-Have
- Experience with B2B lead generation
- Strong understanding of:
- LinkedIn networking behavior
- Relationship-based outreach
- Warm lead generation vs. cold pitching
- Ability to write clear, professional, and natural messages
- Strong communication and conversation management skills
- Organized approach to managing prospects and follow-ups
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with service-based or B2B companies
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Basic understanding of CRM or lead-tracking systems
- Experience coordinating with sales or founder-led teams

Location & Work Details
- Location: Civic Center, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi
- Timings: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
- Salary: PKR 100,000 – 150,000 per month
- Commission: Highly attractive, performance-based commission structure on qualified leads and conversions
(High performers can significantly increase their monthly earnings)
