Listing Agent

Job Description:
As a Listing Agent, you will be responsible for managing property listings, connecting with potential clients, and supporting the sales team. Your role will include madmoun listing and preparing the availability report.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and secure property listings for sale or rent.
• Conduct market research to price properties competitively.
• Prepare and market property listings report
• Negotiate offers and contracts between property owners and clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with the sales department.
• Keep accurate records of listings, viewings, and transactions.

Requirements:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of UAE property market and regulations is an advantage.
