We are hiring for "Local Outreach Specialist" for local markets, who must have the experience of local market hiring.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Local Outreach Specialist to expand our presence in the local market. Your role will focus on identifying potential partners, building strong community relationships, generating leads, and increasing brand visibility within the region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Local Market Engagement

  • Identify and reach out to local businesses, organizations, and communities.
  • Conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations to introduce our products/services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with local stakeholders.

2. Lead Generation & Partnerships

  • Generate high-quality leads through on-ground activities, networking events, and direct outreach.
  • Identify partnership opportunities with local vendors, institutions, and influencers.
  • Follow up with potential clients/partners regularly to drive conversions.

3. Brand Representation

  • Represent the company at local events, exhibitions, and community programs.
  • Promote brand awareness through local campaigns, collaborations, and engagement activities.
  • Collect market insights to help improve marketing and outreach strategies.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and outreach activities.
  • Share weekly/monthly reports with the management team.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales/marketing team to align outreach efforts with business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, outreach, business development, or field marketing (local market experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to travel locally for meetings and outreach activities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Knowledge of the local market, culture, and business landscape.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in local industry and must be aware by social media marketing.
  • Fluency in local languages/dialects.
  • Strong presentation and public interaction skills.
