Logistics Manager

We are seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee the end-to-end supply chain for our construction chemical products. The role includes managing warehouse operations, 3PL partners, transportation, and ensuring compliance with chemical handling and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage logistics operations including warehousing, inventory, and transportation.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners and vendors for timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with chemical safety and HSE regulations.
• Optimize delivery routes, schedules, and logistics costs.
• Lead and mentor the logistics team, including dispatch and warehouse staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in logistics management, preferably in chemicals or construction materials.
• Strong knowledge of 3PL operations, warehouse management, and chemical handling regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills - English and Hindi is a MUST.
• Proficiency in ERP and logistics software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED9,500.00 per month
