Logistics Operations Specialist

About the Role:

Our client, an international retail brand operating both online and offline, is looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist to join their team in Dubai. This position will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations, supporting smooth flow of goods between suppliers, warehouse, and sales channels.

This is a hands-on role suitable for someone who wants to learn and grow within logistics and operations , gaining experience across all stages of the supply chain process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of goods
• Manage stock control, inventory tracking, and warehouse organization
• Process and follow up on B2B and retail store orders, as well as online channel shipments
• Prepare and verify delivery notes and shipping documentation
• Ensure accurate stock levels across all channels (B2B, stores, online platforms)
• Work closely with sales, retail, and finance teams to align operational processes
• Support periodic stock counts and report discrepancies
• Collaborate with third-party logistics providers and monitor delivery performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 1 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Hands-on and proactive attitude, with willingness to learn all parts of the operation
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/WMS systems
• Good command of English (verbal and written); Turkish is an advantage
• Must be based in Dubai
