Key Responsibilities

• Represent and promote luxury residential and commercial properties to affluent clients and investors
• Provide expert guidance on property selection, investment potential, and market trends in the luxury segment
• Conduct private viewings and consultations with professionalism and discretion
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, developers, and international partners
• Negotiate and close high-value transactions, ensuring a seamless and confidential process
• Stay informed about luxury market developments, architectural trends, and exclusive listings in Abu Dhabi and beyond
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and premium property presentations

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or consultancy
• Proven track record of closing high-value property deals
• Strong understanding of the luxury property market in Abu Dhabi and the UAE
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a commitment to confidentiality and discretion
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
• RERA or equivalent certification is preferred
