About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and professional Male Client Relations Officer to join our team. The role focuses on appointment scheduling, client coordination, and consultant support, ensuring a smooth experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule appointments for consultants, ensuring optimal time management and client convenience.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and walk-ins, providing courteous and timely responses.
  • Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments while maintaining an updated calendar.
  • Coordinate between clients and consultants to ensure meetings and consultations are properly organized.
  • Maintain accurate logs of appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups in CRM and internal systems.
  • Handle client reminders, consultation updates, and post-meeting feedback collection.
  • Support consultants by preparing basic client information prior to appointments.
  • Represent Superior Consulting’s professional image in all client interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in appointment scheduling, front-desk, or client coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Fluent in English).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and appointment/CRM tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor and a client-first approach.
