Management Trainee Officer- Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the BMW Motorrad brand and ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Assist in managing the complete motorcycle sales process from inquiry to delivery
• Develop a solid understanding of BMW motorcycles and accessories
• Support in qualifying leads and converting them into successful sales
• Coordinate with marketing, customer relations, and after-sales departments
• Build and nurture customer relationships to support long-term brand loyalty
• Work toward achieving assigned sales targets under the guidance of the sales team
• Maintain CRM records and assist in lead follow-ups
• Participate in events, test ride campaigns, and showroom activities
• Stay informed about competitors and market trends

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in sales (automotive/luxury industry is a plus)
• Strong passion for motorcycles and familiarity with premium motorbike brands
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn sales techniques and product knowledge
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
• Basic proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems
