Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee daily finance and accounting operations within the FAS department.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders and clients.
  • Manage client portfolios, offering strategic insights and tailored financial solutions.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance performance and professional growth.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices for operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certifications (ACCA, CA, CIMA) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial analysis, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
