Manager Civil

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

Experience: 10-12 Years of experience in HV projects with Saudi Electricity Company

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate construction phases according to schedule, specifications and budget.

• Direct the execution of all civil related works and coordinates the works to electrical and mechanical.

• prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules.

• Review the list of required technical submittals.

• Develop and implement quality control programs.

• Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions.

• Coordinate with Engineering and procurements for deliverables.

• Direct the execution of all civil related works and coordinates the works to electrical and mechanical.

• Interpret construction drawings and study the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
