- Lead paid social media marketing campaigns across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management - planning, execution, optimization and reporting with a strong focus on ROI and efficiency.
- Own and drive performance marketing strategy across channels (Google, Meta, programmatic, affiliates, etc.) with a sharp focus on driving website sales through efficient traffic acquisition and conversion optimization.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on 3rd-party e-commerce platforms to directly boost product sales and category share.
- Continuously monitor sales performance across owned and partner platforms, reallocating budgets to maximize revenue impact.
- Manage performance marketing and social media budgets, ensuring optimal allocation across channels to maximize ROI.
- Manage performance creatives (static, video and other formats)- briefing, reviewing, and collaborating with internal/external creative teams/ agency to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
- Utilize advanced data analytics and attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize targeting, messaging, and media spends.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry benchmarks to recommend innovative approaches.
- Collaborate with internal teams and creative agency to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with overall marketing objectives & deliver campaigns on time and with high impact.
