Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, on boarding, and talent management processes.
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Lead HR projects, including training & development programs and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to department heads and staff on HR-related matters.
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and metrics to drive informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven 5-7 years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and performance management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.
