Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, on boarding, and talent management processes.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
- Lead HR projects, including training & development programs and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to department heads and staff on HR-related matters.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven 5-7 years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.
