We are looking for a Manager – Customer Onboarding & Service Delivery for a leading IoT / Technology Company in Pakistan, based in Karachi Office.

Position: Manager – Customer Onboarding & Service Delivery
Location: Karachi
Salary: PKR 100,000 – 140,000 (Market Competitive)

We require a results-driven individual with a strong operational background who can lead customer onboarding, installation, and service delivery functions. The manager will also supervise 2–3 executives in the team to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding & Installation
• Plan, schedule, and oversee timely installations.
• Verify technical parameters/configurations for accuracy.
• Service Assurance
• Ensure service delivery aligns with commitments made during sales.
• Coordinate with the Command & Control team for seamless operations.
• Customer Data & Documentation
• Manage customer credentials, KYC, and contracts in CRM/ERP systems.
• Maintain compliance with company SOPs and regulations.
• Customer Feedback & Retention
• Collect structured feedback post-installation.
• Proactively resolve issues to improve retention and enable upselling.
• Cross-functional Coordination
• Act as the bridge between Sales, Operations, Technical, and Customer Service teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
