- Drive portfolio management, profit pool optimization, and innovation management to maximize growth opportunities on the core portfolio.

Identify and capture whitespace opportunities across brands, channels, and regions by analyzing category trends, consumer behaviors, competitive activity, and retail dynamics.

Build and strengthen processes and governance leveraging data-driven insights, best practices, and core regional priorities.

Analyze category trends, consumer behaviors, competitive activity, and retail dynamics to identify whitespace opportunities and inform business decisions.

Shape and optimize portfolio strategies to balance innovation, customer value, and profitability across SKUs and price tiers.

Track and measure performance of implemented commercial strategies using key KPIs and recommend pivots to maximize impact.

Present compelling business cases and actionable recommendations to senior leadership using clear, data-backed storytelling.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, Finance, and Product Innovation to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities.

Lead additional strategy developments by evaluating key market dynamics, competitor go-to-market strategies (pricing, positioning, promotional effectiveness etc), Henkel’s go-to-market execution across markets & channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related field; MBA is a plus.

5+ years of experience in market strategy, category management, business development and brand strategy, or related roles in Consultancy and CPG.

Strong knowledge of CPG market dynamics, including retailer relationships, consumer trends, and competitive landscapes.

Proficiency in leveraging data tools (e.g., Euromonitor, Nielsen, IRI, POS, shopper insights), advanced in analytics, familiar with statistical models to guide strategic planning.

Demonstrated experience in portfolio and pricing strategy development.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
