We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Automation Specialist to help streamline and scale our marketing engine. In this role, you’ll build smart, conversion-focused automation workflows that support lead nurturing, scoring, and seamless handoffs to our client-facing teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain marketing automation workflows for email campaigns.
  • Build and optimize lead scoring systems to quantify prospect engagement (opens, clicks, conversions, etc.)
  • Create triggers that automatically hand off leads to the client fulfillment team once they reach the defined score threshold.
  • Collaborate with the sales and client success teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and lead follow-up processes.
  • Manage segmentation, targeting, and personalization to maximize campaign engagement.
  • Monitor, test, and refine automations to improve lead flow and conversion rates.
  • Generate and present reports on campaign performance, lead quality, and scoring accuracy.
  • Maintain integrations between marketing automation platforms and CRM tools for seamless data flow.
  • Stay updated on new marketing automation trends and technologies to continuously enhance workflow efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing, or CRM operations.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of lead scoring, segmentation, and behavior-based workflows.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize based on insights.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with growth, client fulfillment, and sales teams.
