Role summary:
Lead the end-to-end marketing function: build and execute a measurable marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, pipeline, and customer retention; manage a team of marketers and agencies; set budgets and KPIs; and partner closely with sales and product.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and own the annual marketing strategy and budget aligned with business goals.
  • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction for the UAE and regional markets.
  • Plan and execute demand-generation campaigns (digital, events, content) that deliver qualified leads and measurable ROI.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 5–10 marketing professionals and external agencies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional launches with sales, product, and customer success.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and cultural appropriateness in all communications.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in marketing with 3 years in a senior leadership role, ideally in B2B or B2B2C.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling marketing strategies that drive revenue.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, content, events, and brand management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
