Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Executive (Male/Female) to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both social media and marketing activities for a company engaged in the manufacturing and sales of automotive lubricants.

· Develop, manage, and publish engaging online content across multiple digital platforms.

· Increase website and social media traffic while targeting both B2B & B2C audiences.

· Coordinate with Influencers and agencies to get content made for social media.

· Coordinate with production houses/editors to get content made.

· Collaborate with marketing agencies/in-house team to create posts, pages, and applications that drive customer engagement.

· Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.

· Manage and supervise collaborations with the Digital Marketing Agency/in house team, ensuring alignment with company goals.

· Plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with our objectives.

· Oversee new and existing product design initiatives based on consumer insights and market demand.

· Manage budget allocation in collaboration with the Digital Manager.

· Manage end-to-end e-commerce sales operations.

· Coordinate with e-commerce platforms to boost sales through promotions and listings.

· Explore and onboard new e-commerce platforms for product placement and growth.

· Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor strategies.

· Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

· Manage and help execute any conventional marketing activities outdoors.

· Prepare and present Monthly sales analysis for ecom sales and activities.

Skills:

· Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, ERP.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, digital, and social media roles.

· Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Solid analytical, time management, and organizational abilities.

· Knowledge of graphic design fundamentals (layouts, typography, print, and web).

· Experience working across both print and digital media.

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in the relevant field.

Qualification: Bachelor/Graduate – Marketing
