Job Description :

  • Follows all company policies and procedures and ensures they are communicated and implemented within the department.
  • Safeguards the organization’s value by maintaining the confidentiality of information.
  • Maintain discipline in the workplace and play a role in promoting a healthy working environment
  • Update product knowledge by attending training sessions internal, external or online and reviewing published materials regularly or periodically etc.,
  • Assist in training new sales staff on marketing tools and strategies, ensuring they understand product positioning and messaging.
  • Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date database of customers, Competition.
  • Conducting research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and other channels to engage customers and generate leads.
  • Responsible for maintaining the Sales Leads Log with updated statuses, for marketing activity closing Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly
  • Regularly monitor PPRA, customer websites, newspapers, and other relevant sources to identify potential leads related to our product portfolio and update the concerned senior manager or Head of Department for further action.
  • Producing marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and website content. Maintaining and enhancing the companys brand image and identity.
  • Prepare and update marketing and action plans for assigned product categories
  • Support sales representatives by generating leads, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings with potential clients, and providing information about the company’s products and services. Join them wherever they are needed for product presentation.
  • Prepare quotations, tender documents, letters, firm registrations, and other relevant documentation
  • Maintain strong follow-up with customers to nurture relationships, ensuring their needs are met and feedback is collected
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform decision-making.
  • Any other task and activity assigned by the Manager or HOD.
  • Effectively generate suggestions, non-conformities or complaints through Corrective Actions Request form.
