Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Edit raw video footage into engaging and professional content for property listings, social media, and marketing campaigns.

Create visually appealing property walkthroughs, drone footage edits, lifestyle videos, and client testimonials.

Add motion graphics, text overlays, and branding elements to videos.

Enhance video quality through color correction, transitions, and sound editing.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align video content with business objectives.

Stay updated on video trends in real estate marketing and digital platforms.

Manage video libraries and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Requirements:

1-3 years of proven experience as a Video Editor (experience in real estate or architecture-related content is a plus).

Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communication, or related field (preferred).

Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and DaVinci Resolve.

Strong storytelling ability to highlight property features effectively.

Basic knowledge of real estate marketing trends and digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

Experience with drone footage editing (preferred).

Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
