Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement LinkedIn marketing strategies aimed at generating inbound leads.

- Create, curate, and manage engaging LinkedIn content (posts, articles, updates) to drive engagement and conversions.

- Execute strategic outreach to connect with target clients, decision-makers, and industry influencers.

- Manage LinkedIn campaigns, analyzing their effectiveness and optimizing for performance.

- Track and report on lead generation metrics, including engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI.

- Stay updated on LinkedIn best practices, trends, and new features to continuously improve lead generation efforts.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment on goals.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in *LinkedIn marketing* with a track record of generating inbound leads.

- Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s algorithm, content strategies, and tools (e.g., Sales Navigator).

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to craft compelling outreach messages and posts.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and improve performance.

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Familiarity with B2B marketing, particularly in the IT or digital solutions space, is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
