Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote housing societies and plots.
- Manage allottee relations, including documentation, transfers, and issuance of allotment letters.
- Coordinate with LDA, provincial departments, and other regulatory authorities for approvals and compliance.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Supervise the sales team to achieve marketing and sales targets.
- Maintain records of sales, allotments, and customer documentation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide recommendations.
- Ensure effective communication and support to allottees and investors.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration.
- 5–8 years’ experience in real estate marketing and society management.
- Strong understanding of LDA procedures, provincial regulations, and documentation processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
- Proven track record in running housing society marketing campaigns and achieving
