Hiring: Marketing Manager – Revenue & Growth Focused (Karachi | Office Based)

We are looking for a commercially sharp, execution-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, campaign performance, and structured marketing expansion for a fast-scaling international food platform operating across major delivery aggregators.

This is a revenue-impact role — not a social media posting position.

What You’ll Own:

• Aggregator revenue growth strategy (BOGOF, bundles, LTOs, discount mechanics)
• In-app marketing optimisation across delivery platforms
• Store & brand launch execution
• Campaign performance tracking & ROI optimisation
• Listing conversion improvement (menus, visuals, positioning)
• Building and scaling the marketing department
• Reporting directly to founders with performance insights

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–6+ years of marketing experience (food, retail, e-commerce preferred)
• Strong commercial and revenue mindset
• Experience managing promotional campaigns & performance metrics
• Comfortable with Excel-based revenue models
• Hands-on creative capability (Canva / Adobe)
• Structured, organised, execution-focused professional
• Comfortable in a fast-growing, founder-led environment

Location: Clifton, Karachi (Full-Time | Office Based)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs175,000.00 per month
