The company is dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions for all customer automobile needs. AMG currently operates multiple showrooms located in Cairo, Alexandria, El Mansoura, and Beheira.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing campaigns across various channels, and analyzing performance to optimize efforts and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities and Main Duties

Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.

Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote products, services, and the brand, with a focus on increasing market share and customer loyalty.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, print, events, etc.) to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that can inform marketing strategies.

Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints, maintaining the brand’s voice, image, and messaging.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, content, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and enhance overall performance.

Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI and ensure cost-effective spending.

Content Creation & Oversight: Manage content creation efforts, ensuring high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences. This may include working with external agencies or internal content creators.

Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using analytics tools. Prepare reports for senior leadership to assess effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.

Customer Segmentation: Develop and implement strategies for customer segmentation, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.

Lead Generation & Conversion: Design and execute lead generation strategies, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to customer.

Event Marketing: Organize and participate in events, displays…etc.) to promote the brand and foster customer relationships.

This is a full-time on-site position.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Proven experience (5-7 years) in marketing management or similar role. (Preferably in automotive industry)

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinker with ability to turn ideas into action.

Experience with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

Knowledge of CRM tools and lead nurturing techniques.

Familiarity with graphic design or video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
