Company Overview
Lake Washington Windows & Doors (LWWD) is a leading window and door company serving the greater Seattle/Puget Sound region. We operate two divisions: a retrofit/replacement division focused on homeowners, and a contractor division serving builders and trade professionals. With over 18 years of growth since our founding in 2008, we have built a reputation for quality, trust, and outstanding customer experience. We are a performance-driven team and growing.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who is ready to take ownership of the strategy and not just execute tasks, someone who can analyze the numbers, strengthen the brand, and drive qualified leads that translate into real growth and revenue.

Overview
Reporting directly to the owner, you will be the senior marketing leader for LWWD. The primary focus of this role is driving leads and revenue for our retrofit/replacement division, marketing directly to homeowners across the Puget Sound region.

You will oversee a small but highly impactful marketing team, including a full-time content creator, a part-time marketing coordinator, and a roster of specialized contract partners. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set the vision, manage the mix, and be accountable for results.

This role is best suited for someone who takes initiative, thinks strategically, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. We are looking for a builder; someone who can identify opportunities within the data, connect brand strategy to revenue growth, and take ownership from ideas through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute LWWD's marketing strategy across digital, brand, and lead generation channels
  • Drive measurable growth in qualified inbound leads — cost per acquisition, booking rate, lead count and quality, and ROI are your metrics
  • Lead and develop the in-house marketing team (content creator, marketing coordinator) and manage contract resources
  • Manage paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, LSA, Bing) and continuously optimize performance
  • Oversee SEO/SEM strategy, content calendar, email marketing, social media presence, and reputation management.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with marketing vendor and agency partners – including informing strategy, optimizing campaigns, holding partners accountable, being a liaison for asset creation, and more.
  • Leverage all-in-one marketing automation platforms and CRMs to ensure proper lead attribution, pipeline visibility, and campaign performance tracking
  • Champion brand consistency across all customer touchpoints — digital, print, vehicle wraps, showroom, and beyond
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing output with pipeline needs
  • Identify and pilot emerging marketing channels and tools, including AI-powered marketing solutions
  • Lead annual marketing budget development and channel forecasting — planning typically begins in Q3 and is finalized before year-end; you'll own the numbers and defend the strategy
  • Report marketing performance to ownership on a regular cadence with clarity and confidence.
  • Own the marketing department’s operations, including optimizing systems, processes, and workflows to maximize efficiency and output
  • Manage and optimize integrations between marketing tech stack to ensure department efficiency and data integrity as it flows between systems.

What We are Looking For

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Manager or equivalent senior marketing role
  • Strong B2C marketing background — you understand how to reach homeowners and move them through a decision journey
  • Experience in home services, home improvement, or a closely adjacent industry (or the ability to demonstrate deep consumer marketing instincts)
  • Experience managing in-house staff plus contract/agency relationships simultaneously
  • Data-first mindset — you're comfortable in dashboards, know how to read attribution models, and let performance drive decisions
  • Proven digital marketing expertise: paid search/social, SEO, email, and content strategy
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and reporting ROI to leadership
  • Proficiency with marketing and CRM platforms — HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable tools
  • Strong communicator — clear in writing, confident in conversation, and effective across all levels of the organization

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with home improvement or construction industry sales cycles
  • Working knowledge of AI marketing tools and a genuine interest in applying them strategically
  • Background in brand development or rebranding initiatives
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video production principles and tools for creative asset production and team collaboration
  • Hands-on experience with all-in-one marketing automation platforms, like HubSpot/High-level/Agentforce — for campaign management, workflows, lead generation/nurturing, and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce — pipeline visibility, lead attribution, and CRM hygiene
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager for tracking and attribution
  • Familiarity with reputation management platforms (e.g., Birdeye, Podium, or similar) online reviews are critical in-home services
  • Experience with video marketing and YouTube as a lead generation channel
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation and drip campaign strategy
  • Experience building annual marketing budgets and forecasts — we plan the following year's budget in Q3/Q4, so comfort with financial modeling, channel allocation, and ROI projections is essential

Who You Are:

  • Confident and direct, you communicate your perspective and back it up with data
  • Energized by ownership, not just execution
  • Naturally collaboratively, you earn trust with the sales team, ownership, and your own direct reports
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at creating structure where none exists
  • Genuinely curious about AI tools and how they change marketing, you're not intimidated, you're excited
  • Fun to work with, we’re serious about results, but we also value a positive, collaborative, and enjoyable work environment
  • Adaptable to fast-changing environments, able to learn and pivot directions very quickly while maintaining performance and structure.
  • Technical and Creative, you can be a data-driven analytical thinker while leveraging creative messaging and design.
