About the Opportunity:
HRCONSOL is hiring on behalf of a leading towel manufacturer and exporter, known for delivering premium-quality products across international markets. As part of their global expansion strategy, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager – Global Sales to drive business growth across the US, UK, and European markets.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in towel sector sales & marketing, with a focus on business development, global expansion, and B2B growth. This role demands strategic thinking, industry expertise, and the ability to build long-term international partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales, marketing, and business development strategies for international markets
• Identify and secure new clients, business opportunities, and global distribution channels
• Build and manage relationships with international buyers, importers, and distributors
• Conduct market research to track trends, competition, and expansion opportunities
• Represent the company in international trade shows and promotional activities
• Drive revenue growth through proactive client acquisition and business development
• Coordinate with production/design teams to meet international market requirements
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in the towel industry (Marketing/Sales/Business Development)
• Strong network in US, UK & European home textile markets
• Proven success in global B2B sales and business development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
